It absolutely poured rain on our trip to Asheville today for Father's Day. The boys and I took my husband to Biltmore estate for brunch at their Deerpark restaurant. It was beyond delicious. The Bananas Foster French Toast Casserole was heavenly- it melted in the mouth without being soggy and it was so flavorful. The Cedric's Cheddar Ale Soup was fantastic as well. I'm always up for a plateful of their scrambled eggs and Hickory smoked bacon- the eggs are perfectly done and the bacon is swoon worthy.
