I do have to say that the house is starting to look a lot like Christmas as I slowly put up all of the decorations. The tree is up, the stairway is wound with garland and lights, and the front porch is decorated with the cutest round "gumdrop" lights. I'm getting around to finding our stockings and the ornaments for the tree, as well as the icicle lights for outside.
In gem shop news, lots of sterling silver Pandora style beads have been listed- with more to come. New luxe pearls- Akoya, Tahitian, and South Sea- listed. I'm debating on a couple South Sea pearls that I want to keep for myself. Lots of new focal beads to come in the next day or two- plenty of red, London blue, and pink topaz.
I finally managed to get a couple pages of listings in the luxe shop. I have so many more listings to put up, but the last set of photos were a complete loss. Dark, out of focus, and just plain horrible. The items up do seem to be liked as they've made their way into a dozen Etsy treasuries this past week. Toying with the idea of a live shopping page here- we'll see how that goes.
The main site is pretty spare right now. I've got plenty to fill it with, but the photographing, editing, and listing time are killing me. I think I'll concentrate on tackling it on Friday.
I hope that you're having a wonderful week, and that Thanksgiving was a delightful day with family and friends. My goal for December is to post EVERY day. Hopefully I can find something worth sharing every day- wish me luck!
